On February 15, 2012 we began bottling our second batch of our Roasted Garlic & Chili Camelina Oil. We bottled at the Food Center in Saskatoon and rounded up as many people as possible to join in the fun. Things went smoothly for our second time bottling this new product. We had tweaked the labels and received our third party non-GMO verification from The Non-GMO Project and feel very confidant that our customers will like the changes that have been made.

The batch of Camelina Oil that was used for this bottling was pressed in Tisdale, Saskatchewan in January 2012. The seed was grown by Colin Rosengren. It was seeded in the fall of 2009 and harvested in early August of 2010. The seed yielded a very high percentage of oil and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product. One more great batch of oil to add to our customers tables!
