On December 7, 2016 we hauled the camelina seed to our crushing facility in Saskatoon. The following week we set to work crushing the camelina oil and letting it settle for bottling. Mixing of the flavour extracts and bottling of our garlic and chili camelina oil commenced on January 10, 2017.
